Training Hours: 6, 1-hour virtual sessions (with an additional hour for DISC assessment review)

• Identify strategic opportunities and take actions to drive growth
• Apply methods for setting priorities and using a structured approach to plan and organize work
• Develop confidence as you learn and demonstrate advanced management competencies

Develop Deeper Awareness

Identify behaviors and communication styles to be a more effective and persuasive communicator by taking the DISC Communications Assessment and participating in a private session with assessor.
