I’m part communications strategist, part commercial actor, and part research geek.
A born-n-raised Minnesota girl with nothing more than passion, a studio and a dream, I’ve created a pretty awesome socially conscious business from scratch.
I started out as your typical nerdy kid, socially awkward, and introverted. I completely lacked any grace, and I was oblivious to social codes. But I resolved to conquer my insecurities so I could be one of those normal human beings who could make people like them.
As an actor, I spent years studying the science of how body language tells the story of what is going on inside someone's brain, how demonstrating executive presence and charisma gives a competitive advantage, how a shift in mindset changes everything, and how using story persuades decision makers to move.
To better serve my clients, I have advanced training in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-based coaching.
I studied with and have been coached by world class executive coaches, ballroom dancers, top acting coaches, popular news anchors, strategic communications trainers, professional speakers, and motivational trainers.
My hard science approach is based on research done at Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Berkeley and Princeton. I deserve no credit for the science. I just took the best bits out of some rather arcane data to help my own growth.
As a trained commercial actor and spokesperson, I bring over a decade of on-camera experience and working in the media. Training is a mix of assessments, creative communications, sound science and practical tools, with a smidge of snarkiness tossed in for good measure.
